Hello! My name is Charlie.

First, a little about me! I was born and raised in Wyoming and moved to Colorado in 2006 after a four year enlistment in the United States Navy. I am an outdoor enthusiast, spending as much time as I can photographing, camping, adventuring, and exploring around the mountains and the world with my wife, Ruth Ann.

In 2017, I started working for Lifetouch as a remote photographer. At Lifetouch, I specialized in photographing children from infant age to six year olds, capturing their personality and authentic smiles. In 2021, I was awarded 3rd place in Lifetouch’s National Competition “Every Day Hero” for my preschool images. I also create middle and high school sports portraits, spotlighting athletes and teams, around the Colorado Front Range. My experience as a working photographer with Lifetouch included photographing various age groups, portraits (studio and outdoor), teams, and all sizes of groups in various situations. I learned how to be a photographer with Lifetouch, how to communicate with people in-front of my camera, how to make people comfortable in-front of my camera and so much more.

In 2023, I made the transition to a full-time Freelance Photographer. I have continued to grow my photography business in event photography, weddings and family/senior photography. I currently work with All Digital Photo and Video and Christie’s Photographic Solutions photographing tons of weddings and corporate events around Colorado and North America. There is nothing quite like using a camera to capture all the big moments and small details to tell a story through my photos.
